Returns & Replacements

  • In the event of a refusal, change of mind, ordered in error, a surcharge (see below) will be deducted from your refund unless you have contacted Fast Alarms to cancel your order within the seven working day cooling off period.
  • You can cancel or amend any order placed with Fast Alarms, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. Please note we operate a fast dispatch system and items are usually sent out on the same day as the order is placed. To cancel your orders please fill out our contact us form.
  • All faulty or damaged goods must be returned to us after raising a query on the website.

If your order has been dispatched you will have to wait until your order is delivered before you can cancel the order. This will not affect your statutory rights.

Surcharges

These are in place to cover the costs of re-stocking, handling and administration.

  • Orders over £100 (excl. P&P) will incur a £15 surcharge (plus where applicable, the P&P cost to re-send the goods).
  • Orders under £100 (excl. P&P) will incur a 15% surcharge or a minimum charge of £5, whichever is the greater (plus where applicable, the P&P cost to re-send the goods).
  • No surcharges will be made against your refund if your order is cancelled within the 7 working day cooling off period.
