The following are our trading terms and conditions. Please read before purchasing.

Our trading terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Our terms are to protect YOU as the consumer and US as the service provider/retailer.

The following assumptions follow WE/US refers to Mark Sheerin trading as FastAlarms YOU/YOUR refers to yourself 'The customer / consumer'

PURCHASE OF GOODS

WE will provide the goods and services required upon payment by YOU as requested.

WE will provide those goods by first class recorded mail once YOUR payement has cleared

WE will refund all payment should the requested goods or services be unavailable at the first possible opportunity

YOU will only pay through authorised legal channels using bonafide details and cards / cheques / etc

RETURNS / REFUNDS

We will accept returns ONLY on the following conditions. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

In the case of faulty equipment we will replace the goods as per the manufacturers original warranty.

In the case of returning unsuitable equipment we will only refund if the goods returned are unused in original packaging and undamaged (including original packaging) Items returned in an unsalable condition will not be refunded.

Unsuitable equipment must be returned within 7 days of reciept in condition as described above.

Items damaged or abused will not be refunded.

No refund will ever exceed the original purchase cost of the item and will not include any associated postage costs.

INSTALLATIONS 

WHEN ordering installed systems please note we only operate HARROGATE BRADFORD LEEDS and YORK areas. Do not order goods for installation outside of these areas without calling us first on 0800 4488823 or 07812 095932. see fitting area map click here.  

We will install alarms subject to the following conditions (These conditions do not affect your statutory rights)

All our engineers are free of any police convictions, cautions or charges having a clear criminal record. (excepting traffic offences if applicable).

We operate with a public liability cover of £2,000,000 to cover any damage to property or physical injury caused by our installations.

All alarm accessories and equipment installed is subject to the manufacturers original 12 month warranty. Any equipment failure in this time will be replaced free of charge. All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months also.

Alarm battery replacement after 12 months or equipment failure after 12 months will be treated as a repair or service basis. Terms of service contract to be notified upon purchasing extra alarm cover on a 12 mont or 24 month basis after expiry of the original warranty period of 12 months.

Alarm malfunction repair due to abuse of equipment even during the original warranty period will be charged at a call out fee plus retail cost of part(s) replaced.

We do not indemnify you against and do dot accept liability for any financial or material loss or damage incurred due to the alarm equipment installed malfunctioning or being circumvented by a third party even during 12 month warranty period. The alarm is installed as a detterent and no guarantee is given on our part that it will perform as expected in all circumstances. The maximum liability we will accept in any case is the total cost of the system as originally installed.
