We can provide an alarm rental solution for your problem.

We install the alarm and provide you with  a remote keyfob to operate the alarm for owner access or a preprogrammed remote keypad if many people need access. We can supply with or without a linked smoke detector that activayes the external siren in the event of fire. We can also install a telecommunicating alarm that calls up to three contact numbers in the event of fire or intruders(requires mains power and a landline.gsm option available if no landline available)

* The alarm needs no mains power and comes with a 104db siren.

* If you have mains power and a working landline we can install a  telecommunicating alarm to call your mobile in the event of intruders or fire.

* If you have mains power but no landline we can provide a gsm unit to make calls using the mobile network.

These telecommunicating alarms require mains power

Payment buttons for first two months rental. Alarms installed within 20 miles of Harrogate - Beyond that distance a further travelling charge will apply. Make payment here then contact us to arrange installation. Rental period commences from date of installation on a callendar month basis. Simply pay here and call to arrange installation date and time or call us to discuss your requirements.

These systems require no mains power , ideal for 'mothballed' properties

Terms and conditions.

2 months rental required prior to installation.  No refund given if alarm removed before two months. Additional rental payments by standing order. It is the renters responsibility to contact bank to cancel standing order. If rental period is less than twelve months the renter will be given the opportunity to purchase the alarm at the period end. Each months rental is for a full month regardless of dates. No part month or daily rate payments accepted. Month is per callendar month basis.   ie 3rd February to 2nd March = 1 month as does  10th July to 9th August. Rental count starts from day of installation not date of first payment.

 None payment of rental charges will result in alarm being removed. A removal fee of £100 will apply plus £30 per hour waiting time if keyholder is absent as agreed.

Should no meeting be available to remove an alarm rental charges will continue to accrue until entry can be gained to property. Any other charges relating to entering property will be  levied to the renter.

We cannot be held responsible for failure of alarm to function as expected and do not indemnify the renter against any losses incurred as a result of alarm malfunction either due to equipment failure or by deliberate avoidance of the alarm functions by third parties.

Damage to equipment on the rental site will be charged at full replacement cost.

Fastalarms will endeavour to install the alarm as requested and remove the alarm as requested. The renter is not liable for any charges due to Fastalarms not being able to provide its services. Rental charges will be as agreed.

We reserve the right to ammend or change these terms and conditions in an ongoing basis.
