If you rent a home to a single household you are exempt from the regulations regarding HMO occupancy. However you still have a duty of care to your tennants, This Fire Kit 1 will give audible and visual warning of either manual or smoke activation to residents within a single household.

Supplied with 3 smoke detectors that link wirefree to a 104 decibel siren and two push button activators .

The siren rather than mounted externally is mounted in the stairwell to notify residents when either a smoke alarm has triggered or a push button has been activated.

Easy to install the kit is supplied pre programmed.

If a smoke detector is activated it will trigger the 104db siren as well as sound itself.

To activate manually if seeing fire or smoke a push button is held for 3 seconds which will activate the siren. To stop the alarm a push button is held for 15 seconds.

Supplied with two push buttons to be placed at each property exit (ie front door and back door) 3 smoke detectors , Downstairs Hallway ,  upstairs landing and bedroom in use. (additional smoke detectors and sirens can be ordered seperately )
