IMPORTANT If your alarm has been installed for more than 12 months you are no longer covered by the manufacturers warranty or the Fastalarms labour warranty. For the most cost effective way to keep your alarm serviced and working properly please join our service scheme. WHAT DOES THE SCHEME PROVIDE? For a yearly charge of only £54.99 we will provide :-
We will visit your property at a pre agreed time and check the continued correct operation of your alarm system. As your system batteries are now over one year old we will replace all the batteries with new to provide a further trouble free year. Batteries will simply be charged at replacement retail cost value. All batteries will be replaced including sensors/contacts/keypads/keyfobs and sirens Any faulty or worn components will be replaced at component cost price only with no labour charge. These new fitted parts will be covered by another 12 months manufacturers warranty.
As a service scheme member you can continue to call anytime for any advice you need related to your YALE alarm system.
We will charge a flat fee of £39.99 for any other call outs needed during the service contract. If this call out is due newly replaced parts still under warranty then this call out fee will be waived. If the call out is due to original parts no longer covered by manufacturers warranty we will replace these parts at cost with no labour charge. This is a substantial saving over call out charges to non service contract members. If the call out is due to failed batteries they will be replaced at cost value.
We will during our service visit discuss any improvements you may wish to make to your existing system. We will add new parts and devices as neccessary at cost price with no labour charge. WHAT DOES THE SCHEME COST? The yearly service scheme costs just £54.99 and remember included in this is your annual service and system checkover.
Fastalarms now install Police and insurance approved safes that give cover for up to £2000 cash or £20,000 valuables. If you wish to have a safe installed please contact us and we will be happy to install one for you during your service visit.
